Deceptive AdSense Ad

I first noticed the following German AdSense ad on a games site I'm maintaining, and now spotted it on YouTube too. Shown is what looks like a chat window (at least to some novice users). The "user" SweetSexy18 tries to start a conversation, and you'll see a blinking cursor and new chat lines if you don't react at first – "Like to chat?" ... "Hello?". Clicking on the close button or trying to focus the chat window to type something will then be an ad click and pop up a site, www.flirt-fever.de.
